As much as I'd love to keep Link around, sadly I'll be sending him home. Long story short, IRL got busy and I've had a bit of muse trouble with Link specifically, so he'll be going home.

I had a lot of fun with him here and he had some wonderfully delightful CR! In the future, when things settle down, I hope to bring him back. But for now, though, he'll be going back home.

Hey guys!

Like I said on plurk (but just in case you didn't see it there), I have decided to drop Jane from the game, and as she is my only character here, I will be leaving the game as well. I have been struggling with her voice for a bit, along with AC, and in general, finding a place for her in the game, despite the interesting environment and everything else going on within it. Sometimes, some games and plots just don't resonate with characters :(

Regardless, I have had a lot of fun here and enjoyed my time with all of you ♥ ♥ ♥ I got to meet and interact with so many new people and muses, and that was a real joy. Thanks for all of the wonderful plots and tags!

So, Jane's apartment is up for grabs, as are the many weird machines, spare parts, and other things she has collected over the months. Copies of her research and notebooks are going to the library in a huge box labeled "RESEARCH BY JANE FOSTER, FREE FOR GRABS", and anyone interested in them in-game will mysteriously find them on their doorstep. Feel free to handwave and assume anything else, she really didn't have anything too specific for anyone, besides some heartfelt hugs and goodbyes to all of the wonderful CR she's had.

So, anyone who saw my fairly embarrassing vent session/RP breakdown on Plurk probably saw this coming. I'm dropping May and Varian from the game. I apologize to anyone this inconveniences, and I want everyone who had CR with either of them to know that I adored it, truly. Still, both characters are struggles to write, to the point that it's not fun anymore. And while I hate to seem flighty or flaky, I also need to be able to have fun and relax with this hobby. And having these two characters on my roster is really just causing me stress.

For now, I'll just be around with Pearl, who still comes to me easily. Even when I have no general RP drive, I have an idea of what I want to do with her. The same went for Rapunzel, who I am hoping to bring back.

I want to apologize also for swapping out Rapunzel for Varian in the first place. I really wanted to play him, though, and I think I needed to try that and find out it's not my thing. Barring any unlikely circumstances, I'll be sticking with Pearl and Rapunzel- Should the latter be re-accepted. Just two characters who I feel very comfortable writing is definitely what's best for me.

I hope you all can understand. And a final apology to the mods for the extra work I'm putting them through with the lists.

Unfortunately, I think it's time for me to take a step back from RP for a little while and take my leave of Emp. This is not something I really want to do and I'm actually feeling really broken up about it, but there's so much going on RL right now that I can't seem to stay focused on the game (or much of any of my own creative endeavors, even). Those of you who follow me on Plurk know my life's been kind of a mess lately, some of which has included family member loss, so I think it's just time to get my priorities in order and RL obligations taken care of. In the meantime, it's not really fair for me to stay here, barely scraping by all the time and unable to give this game the attention needed to keep Dezel active.

That said, I'd really like to come back in a few months when my situation should be better. So hopefully this won't be the last you see of Dezel and I.

In the meantime, thank you all for your understanding and I'll miss this place a lot while I'm gone. Take care, everyone. <3

I'm really sorry to say but I have to drop King Mickey for all of the real life reasons. School and work here got exceptionally more busy. Stress got piled up as well from other personal issues. It was so much fun here though and I loved my time here.

But sadly, I'll have to take an official bow out until things clear up. I may return to the game sometime in the future. My mental health and energy need a full recovery though until everything I have going on gets cleared up, thank you for having me.❤

Fun fact: I started Emp the same month that I moved apartments to be closer to my job.

2nd fun fact: I just started a new job on the opposite side of the city... and as much as I didn't want to, transitioning to my new career and finding myself a place to live that isn't an hour's drive in traffic has to take priority, so I have to say goodbye, at least for now. I'll probably still stalk threads tho, let's be real.

I had a lot of fun here, tagging with all you wonderful people. Special thanks to Wighty, who was the best castmate anyone could ask for, and everyone else that could stand to be around Ringabel for longer than a thread. Emp was one of the most chill, most friendly RP communities I've been in, and it was great.

Hey everyone. Yukina and I just wanted to let you know that Jude and Milla will be heading home together, so they can finally finish their story.

Yukina will still be around with Alisaie, but since Jude was my only character, this is goodbye for me.

It's been an amazing almost 4(!) years here, so I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been involved with the game and making it such a wonderful experience. I would never have made it this long if Empatheias itself wasn't such a great place to play. I'm sure I will be stalking various threads in the future!

I was debating giving it another go cause I really really love being here and the playerbase is loveable and amazing but having a new job plus taking care of my parents who I just moved from PR has really taken a much bigger toll on me on top of my health waning. So even though I don't want to, I need to step back for a bit.

Hopefully once things settle down I can return, unless ya'll blow up the world before Veigar to which he'll be very upset. But for now it seems the Yordle fell into some unknown something and is gone. I'll miss you guys, thanks so much for the awesome time here <3 Keep on being awesome Emp!

Hey, everyone! LWP here letting you know that while Allura's still around, Makoto Kino and Launchpad McQuack are going home. As parting gifts, Mako left Christmas gifts for her CR, as well as some goodbye notes and recipes for all her CR in case she left. Some of these letter are for people no longer here, so even muns with former characters that Makoto knew might have something to read if you're curious.

As for Launchpad, he didn't have much in the way of possessions or CR, but he's leaving Scrooge his airplane fund and rubber ducky, while Ben has a note willing him the lifetime supply of burgers at Edgar's he won.

As I said, Allura and I will still be around, and if you still want to play with Mako or Launchpad they'll be around for memes and PSLs if I have the time! To all the CR these two are leaving behind, I loved it all and it was great while it lasted!

This is...really hard for me to do after two wonderful years of being in the game, but I have to bow out. My mom had surgery on her spine, and I'm expected to help take care of her for two to three months during the week days. A lot of my time and energy is going towards this, and I don't think I can stay in Empath while this is going on. The past few days have already been draining and exhausting, and I can't imagine it'll get any better until mom's recovered enough to not need assistance.

Thank you all so, so much for everything, and I hope I can come back here with Sorey for another two or more years!
