Hey, welcome to the game! I had heard of the FMA movie but never watched it, so when I saw Alfons I was like, "...Wait. ...Wait." XD

As for his lung cancer, depending on how you want it handled, it's feasible to have it cured at some point. And since he's coming in dead, he technically doesn't even have to have it at all—but that's player preference. I should have addressed that in your app notice >
