No, go ahead, completely mess with Mewtwo's mind -- some of the other trainers have already told him about that other Mewtwo they helped, and all it's done is made him angry. He's incapable of trust at the moment because, and these are the arc words for any interaction anyone has here, "Thanks, Giovanni!"
