Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted on the first of each month, and will be posted once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Ignis Scientia (FFXV Spoilers Within)

Character Name: Ignis Scientia
Canon: Final Fantasy XV
Brief Personality: Ignis is the official Mom Friend of his gang and spends much of his time parenting the supposed full-grown adults around him, but does so lovingly. Though prone to sarcasm, he's quite warm and friendly, and loves coffee, cooking, books, and long naps with his wyvern. A bit quieter as of late due to recent life changes.
Appearance: Tall, lean, and generally well-dressed. Even his casual wear tends to be fairly formal; he’s always neatly pressed and without a hair out of place unless he’s been out doing something combat-oriented. His appearance has changed dramatically in the last month, and his face is now significantly scarred. He wears a pair of dark glasses to cover the worst of it, and anyone who looks closely enough will see that only his right eye is capable of opening, with the iris having turned pale and almost colorless.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Ignis is currently focusing on the slice-of-life side of things, although he has a vested interest in the overarching plot so he is still keeping up with current events even if he is out of the fray for a bit. He will be returning to action soon!
Current Activities/Developments: Adjusting to being blind and re-learning the world around him. He's focusing on navigating his day-to-day life independently, though with some difficulty. He will be returning to work at From the Hearth this month, although he won't be doing much in the kitchen, since cooking is off the table for the time being.
Future Developments: Towards the end of the month, he’ll be getting in touch with friends concerning combat training to try and refine his skills and learn to properly fight blind. It’s going to take a lot of time and effort, but he can’t stand sitting idle and hates feeling useless even more. He’ll probably start pushing his way back into tasks and action-oriented plots in December, regardless of people inevitably trying to stop him.
Shipping/Romance: Ignis is very much spoken for by Steven Stone.

Seeking: Anything! I always welcome new CR, both positive and negative.
Offering: If you need a sarcastic mom friend, he is here for you. If you want to talk about things like dunamis theory or have an interest in this world's history, he's interested in those things, too! If you want to chat with him about the culinary arts, he is down.

He is not quite ready for sparring yet (though I will def keep her in mind when he's ready near the end of the month/next month) but if she wants to visit him at work or bump into him elsewhere, he had an open log go up today!

Snow Villiers

Character Name: Snow Villiers
Canon: Final Fantasy XIII
Brief Personality: Snow is bright, friendly and energetic, a self-proclaimed hero who likes to punch his way through problems. Big believer in true love and will talk at great length about his wife to anyone who seems like they might listen. His optimism can be frankly exhausting.
Appearance: Snow is giant. 6'7" with platinum blond hair, built like a brick wall and usually looks like he's in need of a shave. He usually wears a black bandana to keep his hair out of his face and is almost always wearing his trenchcoat, which has Sanctum tech built into it that lets him use magic.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: A good mix of both! Life was pretty chaotic back home, and he's glad for the opportunity to have something quieter and more stable here in Verens, especially since he has an opportunity to build a life with Serah. That said, he's interested in exploration and getting to see more of the lands beyond Verens and down on the surface, so count him in for adventure.
Current Activities/Developments: Snow is kind of handling things as they come day-by-day at the moment, taking on tasks and odd jobs. He needs to find more steady work to help support the fam, and he may be considering joining the Enforcers in the near future. He's been quietly having some concerns about his l'Cie brand, since it's been frozen in place since he first came to Verens, but its eye is almost all the way open which means he's dangerously close to going cie'th. That may not actually happen, but he's worried about the possibility of it starting to progress again.
Future Developments: Planning on working out a canon update to FFXIII-2 in the nearish future! I would also like him to start getting interested in dunamis, so that he can branch out beyond his l'Cie abilities.
Shipping/Romance: Happily married to Serah Farron-Villiers.

Seeking: Anything and everything. Snow is as good at rubbing people the wrong way with his all-too-chummy attitude as he is at making new friends, and I am always down for either.
Offering: Adventuring buddy, a strong pair of arms for manual labor, someone who's not afraid to use his stature to intimidate someone into behaving themselves, doer of odd-jobs, including those of the fix-it variety.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Nothing other than romance, since he's solidly taken by his wife!

Kanji Tatsumi

Character Name: Kanji Tatsumi
Canon: Persona 4
Brief Personality: Loud, short-tempered thug on the outside, softhearted dollmaker on the inside. Kanji is a gentle giant who loves sewing, knitting, crochet, painting and various other crafty things. He's still working on being more open about what he likes since he's spent most of his life being ridiculed for not being "manly" enough, but now he's doing his best to be true to himself and to get other people to understand him instead of losing his temper or pushing them away when he's frustrated.
Appearance: 6'0" with a lean, muscular build. His bleached-blond hair and piercings definitely stand out, and there's usually a skull of some kind on his clothing. He's accepted who he is on the inside, but he hasn't let go of the punk aesthetic. He looks a lot more intimidating than he actually is.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! Kanji is still fairly new to Verens and has mostly been doing the slice-of-life thing as he's settled in, but I'd like him to branch out and start getting involved in the adventurous side of Empatheias.
Current Activities/Developments: Currently working on a bunch of crafts to repay the people who helped him out on his first day here in Verens, as well as trying to find a niche for himself among the many, many Persona users in this place. He's also working on his cooking, since he did plenty of it back home to help his Ma but hasn't done a whole lot of it independently until now. A lot of his time has been spent adjusting to day-to-day life here, so he's ready to strike out and do something new. He has an open log coming up in the next couple of days!
Future Developments: There may be househunting and the setting up of a business/sewing shop in the near future! Especially since Auron encouraged him to put his skills to good use here and give people the chance to appreciate him for doing what he loves.
Shipping/Romance: His not-quite-but-almost-girlfriend is here and at the moment, he only has eyes for her.

Seeking: Friends and foes alike! I would love for a few more people to misunderstand Kanji upon first meeting him and mistake him for a genuine thug, since that tends to rile him up and get him into actual trouble.
Offering: Need something punched or bludgeoned? Need something mended? Do you need a knit rabbit doll in your life, or perhaps a stuffed Arehtei? What about emotion-imbued socks, scarves and mittens? Kanji is here to fulfill those needs.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: No romance, but anything else goes.

I literally just *shrieked* at getting this response because I DID NOT KNOW WE HAD AN ICKIS? But I am so excited. Kanji has an open log coming up in the next day or so if we want to throw them together, I would love that!
