canon update notice + permissions

Hi there, everyone -- Len here with a head's up: Hinata Hajime over here is going to be disappearing on the 25th (that's tomorrow!) and will be back on the 27th. Since he'll be post-Dangan Ronpa 3, I'd like for you guys to fill out a few things. The first one being this observation permissions' post if you plan on tagging him. I also have a spoiler opt out if you would like to avoid any spoilers from Dangan Ronpa 3 at any given point.
