government and forces and voting, oh my!

This is an OOC interest post! The IC portion will come later.

Okay! So the discussions with the Chief has wrapped up, with there being an agreement on not only combining with their government, but having the otherworlders have a popular sovereignty in regards to who will lead them. Basically, they will be a voice for their people, aka a democracy.

So, that’s cool and all. What now? Now we need to figure out who would be interested in the representative roles! Now, before I continue on, If you are interested in this role you must be serious about this. This role will involve NPC cooperation along with cooperation with the mods. Do not show interest if you don’t think you’ll be here for the long run. So if you’re interested in doing things for the long run, cool. Let’s continue on.

Before we can even do things, we need to do a campaign. Please, no advertisements about how your political rival is a liar or do it because that’d be fun. This will also go for representing the special guard that’s been brought up! For the time being we’re looking at 3-4 representatives to join Verens’ government as a voice and 3 for the special guard. If you think we need more (no less, sorry!) then let me know why! However, an unlimited amount of characters may show interest! It’s just in the end there will only be 3-4 representatives for the government and 3 for the special guard. Representatives will be chosen via a voting process ICly among the characters after the campaigns.

Think of this as a mini-campaign to really think if your character is a good fit other than ‘it sounds cool’. <b>Would your character run to just troll the masses/create chaos?</b> Hey, if you don’t think they’re a good fit, but they’re that asshole that runs and screws everything up, explain it here! Can they use magic?
