bearestofthemallor rather a plotting post for some stuff Kai is probably going to get herself + a few frenemies involved in. (I hope this is okay, tell me if it isn't!)
IT'S TIME FOR THAT ONE ESCORT MISSION YOU ALWAYS HATED
As seen here, Kai's asking for help on these two tasks: ST1101 and ST1109.
ST1101 is a job for up to 3 people to act as bodyguards for EXPENSIVE CERAMICS for the seemingly plot-important festival coming up! It's 500 sylvs per person, so on so forth, and they'll be transporting it from the northern villages. Whether we want to fail spectacularly or pull a fully-choreographed fight scene is totally up for debate! Of course, Kai herself wants to get involved, and will be dragging along 2 others. Even if you don't know her, you can come along! She's sociable enough.
ST1109 is a job to escort an old man to Verens for the festival. This old geezer lives in the mountains, which happen to be on the way to the northern village! So basically, Kai got the 'bright idea' to SLAP THESE TWO MISSIONS TOGETHER. NOTHING CAN POSSIBLY GO WRONG. This mission is open to 3 people as well-- either the same three people are gonna be doing both, or Kai is going to be sane and actually ask for another group to just accompany them and do this job.
However, ST1109 pays marginally less, with only 400 sylvs in total. But look, you can't just turn down a nice old man...! Unless he turns out to be an asshole. Then we can ditch him in mountains.
Basically, up to 5 characters can sign up in total, to form an up to 6-party group traveling up north to help with both jobs. Kai will either be going with the delivery or the escort, depending on what seems to be less popular. She isn't picky. Of course, if less than five people sign up, she/someone else crazy enough to try can attempt actively doing both jobs at the same time instead of just accompanying each other...!
tl;dr: Two missions are right next to each other, so Kai is organizing a party to go do both and accompany each other for extra safety. To sign up, just fill this up and comment in the subthread below:
When everyone's all signed up, I'll post onto the task submissions board. As these tasks need to be done by 10 November OOC, we'll probably have them set off around 4th November.
