Cat Hunt + Porring Follow Up

opportunitycostsJust going to make a quick little heads up. I've gone through who has responded to this post and after much staring at the calendar and figuring out logistics, this is what I've come up with:
Cat hunt.
I have six people who are part of the "Pre-established Group" but a few on the bystander/witness list with potential others joining in the fray. They are: Nanoha Takamachi, IV, Sora, Vivio Takamachi, Alice Margatroid, and Alice Yotsuba. I believe there were those who responded to Alvin's post ICly, but I went with the OOC post for this list.
Whether people got slotted into teams would have depended on the number, but I think in this case it's okay to have everyone kind of do their own thing. So basically, they all know they're working together but just spread out across the city. That doesn't you guys can't team up, but I don't think it's really necessary (if you really want me to, though, I can xD).
As to who will find the cat, the lucky winner is IV!
But in addition there's a plot twist. The cat is also going to be found and spotted alongside with the missing fox hound. So the members of that job will also be there.
Log will go up tomorrow evening, 10/18. Decided to wait a day because of the dance. This probably won't be that busy of a post, but hey, it'll be open and more chance to form random CR, either amongst the search members or bystanders.
Porring.
This is likely the one that people are more interested in, haha. But okay, here's who I have for actually fighting the Porring: Alvin, Leon Magnus, Nanoha takamachi, Spicy Milla Maxwell, Cool Milla Maxwell, Gaius, Vivio Takamachi, Lucy Heartfillia, Hawke, Kaihime, Takakage Kobayakawa, Sabriel, Minato Arisato, Jude Mathis, Lu Meng, Sanae Kochiya, Alice Yotsuba, Masaru Daimon, Elize Lutus.
Since most of those who joined the hunting squad noted that they wouldn't mind logging it out, a log there shall be. However due to the number of people, there's not going to be an exact thread order or anything like that. Instead what I'll likely do is have three subthreads: Opening Mingle, ATTACK, oh crap the porring broke. Within these subthreads, players can choose whichever part of the day they would like to focus on and thread there. When it comes to fighting the Porring, I'll have a few notes on the actual post but otherwise it's a free for all. And then there's the final subthread which is basically reserved for when the porring explodes and they have to chase after it. So in case there are those who would rather focus on that "Oh crap" moment, there we are!
Closed forward-dated fighting log will be (tentatively) 10/20.
Just so those participating know, there is no need to rush through the fight log. Take your time, everyone knows how it's going to end. And you're always free to tag into the invasion log when it goes up.
As to the porring invasion log, that will be much easier and straightforward. It'll be set up as an open log and I might throw in a few prompts, but otherwise it's basically, "There's a porring bouncing everywhere causing mischief. What do you do?" Thus it should be much more low-keyed, but pace yourself guys!
Invasion log will go up 10/22.
