Magical boy superhero, you say? Who is a kitty?

A BLACK kitty, even. With a black kitty-like mascot (although he'll hide because he's a troll, sadly).

Usagi and Adrien and Sailor Moon and Chat shall simply have to meet then.

YES. And bond over ambitious villains who are way too interested in magical jewelry to the point of messing up world capitals and brainwashing people.

And being attracted to someone who we can't recognize despite seeing them pretty much every single day.

This poor guy is trapped in a love square where there's only two people in the end. Although unlike Mamoru, he has the excuse there are domino masks involved so he's never seen her whole face. Usagi can relate to the shock that awaits him in the future, though.

Oh Chat, share your woes, it's okay, Usagi completely gets it. BUT HEY it'll get better and then you just have to deal with dying in front of her eyes and coming back as a brainwashed reanimated corpse trying to kill her!

...Yeaaaaaaaah, the target audience is a bit younger and more Western so at least it shouldn't go so hardcore. Just normal brainwashings every now and then that lasts half an episode at most for Chat, but no resurrections so far.
