he's mokuba kaiba from the yu-gi-oh anime series! at his canonpoint, he's currently under noa's brainwashing so he thinks noa is his DEAREST BIG BROTHER instead of his actual one. clearly nothing can go wrong here.

brainwashing weirdness aside, otherwise he's a pretty good and friendly kid, so i look forward to playing him against everyone!
