an anime boy with the ability to negate other abilities you say? dazai has the same ability except he doesn't have a harem of cute girls so maybe touma is winning in that regard.

they should totally meet idk how it could come up but yeah

AWWW YEAH HANDJOB BUDDIES (I'm sorry.) his harem is kind of murderous so winning may be subjective here... but I'm totally up for that! He may have a LOT of questions about how he got that power since Touma is still trying to figure how his own hand power works...

also removing Touma's hand gives you DRAGONS... his canon is so weird

DRAGONS THOUGH................... in his canon you just get abilities when you're character is fucked up and if you're named after a famous author but dragons sounds way cooler

there's another character in touma's canon with a hand power that can make him summon a 40ft flaming sword and turns him into a walking "I WIN EVERY FIGHT EVER LOL (until Touma comes by)" button and another guy who can teleport people into different worlds with a single touch..... toaru powers are OP as hell

also yup dragons make everything more awesome
