Although technically scheduled for next month, we're going to swap this month's HMD with May's CR Meme so we can double it as a plotting post for the Festival. For the details, refer to this post.

All I know is what I've stalked on the TDM and so on and so with that in mind --

The only idea I have so far is that Kevin's been in game since the start and he spent the first several months of his time here on the streets. Because of all that he knows the city like the back of his hand and has an assload of native NPC connections and so on. He could be useful as a treasure trove of information, and Reim will know that, too.








The price you pay is that he's a hideous troll with a deep-seated need to harass the stern cranky types.

That works! One of Kevin's main Enforcer duties is patrolling so I can stick him just about anywhere anytime. We can throw them into whatever districts are Relevant To Your Interests.
