Although technically scheduled for next month, we're going to swap this month's HMD with May's CR Meme so we can double it as a plotting post for the Festival. For the details, refer to this post.

Just fill in the following form, which has been edited slightly to accommodate festival planning! One comment per player; meaning if you have multiple characters, stuff it all in one comment.

Character: Ryuunosuke Uryuu | Fate/Zero | greatestcool | Aiada
Info + Plans: Ryuunosuke is a serial killer and also a Master in the Holy Grail War, though he's from very early canon so he doesn't know much about that. He's been in Verens for awhile now and has gotten some development, but most of the time he acts nice and is actually apathetic as hell. He can sort of feel things now though, which is good! He's still an awful person though, so if you'd rather avoid dealing with him, he has an opt-out post here.
Festival Plans: He's actually going to be confessing his feelings to Tsukiyama, so that's going to go poorly probably. But otherwise he'll be all over the place because this sort of thing is fun!! He's not going to be here for anything obviously romantic, however.
CR Wanted: I don't have anything in mind, but Ryuunosuke does tend to default to positive emotions so making him angry is very difficult. He's also not going to go around bragging about the things he does, so for the most part he seems to be super cheerful and outgoing when he's... actually like that and also a serial killer, I'm so sorry.
Not interested in: There's not anything I can think of!
Shipping Preferences: Tsukiyama?? Ryuunosuke's a mess, he's definitely not going to be interested in anyone else for now. Also why would you ever want to ship with him.

Character: Frank Archer | Fullmetal Alchemist | sadisticwarfare | Piphron
Info + Plans: Archer is a Colonel in the Amestrian military... but he's distanced himself from Amestris because of the Pride situation and also because of character development and realizing that returning to Liore means his bff dies, so uh. He's staying put in Verens. He's still cooling his head from his loss for the position of representative, but most of the time he's a pain in the ass to deal with anyway, so not much has changed.
Festival Plans: Archer will definitely show up but he's not particularly interested in most of the events. I don't have anything planned for him at all, so if there's something you want to do I'd love to hear it!
CR Wanted: Any! Archer keeps to himself mostly but he tends to like people who will complain with him. Or let him complain. Boy does he love complaining. He tends to lean more towards negative CR because he's easily angered and he doesn't trust people easily, but whatever works!
Not interested in: Not anything I can think of!
Shipping Preferences: Why would you ever. I don't mind discussing things but Archer is prrrrobably going to end up realizing he has feelings for Kimbley. Someday. Maybe. He's bad at this.

Character: Yeager | Tales of Vesperia | scythegun | Piphron
Info + Plans: An arms dealer who happily plays both the Empire and the guilds against each other for monetary gain, Yeager is surprisingly not a total jerk (sometimes)! He adopted two girls as bodyguards (and his daughters) and he regularly donates to an orphanage. With the money he made selling weapons. He's jaded about the world and he's actually dead inside and doesn't feel much because he literally died ten years ago and has been trying to find meaning in life since then. But that's not important!! He seems to be upbeat and cheerful, but he's an emotional black hole.
Festival Plans: No plans here either but Yeager will definitely be around! This is lighthearted enough to catch his interest. He's not going to be doing anything obviously romantic either because thaaaat's a mess.
CR Wanted: Any! Finding people who are likewise broken and trying not to be is always fun, but Yeager doesn't open up about his issues easily so that might be difficult to coordinate. People who will notice he's not giving off any environmental effects are good too! I'd love to push him to get more development though, so anything is great!
Not interested in: Nothing I can think of here either.
Shipping Preferences: Shipping probably won't happen since he's still dealing with his Issues. If you're really interested (for some reason) you can discuss it with me!

RE: Archer - PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN WITH U SAY. (this is totally the wrong account but my other dude is Bitter) Would you be interested in like....the speed-dating cuffs as a way of getting them to at least start interacting. I...think they'd wither pretty quickly BUT it'd be a start.
