Rey is super jealous of Lloyd's abundance of Trees and Food!! However she is also willing to talk about swords and robots due to a) having a laser sword and b) enjoying tinkering and stuff. She knows! A little about robots!! She just hasn't encountered many! But she has fiddled with control panels and fixed space ships and built a speeder so that is close.

She will let Padme befriend her, certainly. Being friends with a Fancy Person would be so cool. Just don't be disappointed when Rey herself is neither a Fancy Person nor very ladylike at all.

Lloyd will make her all the parts to tinker with that she wants. He might not know exactly what they do, but he'd be okay with learning! And the making!

Also, Padmé will not be disappointed with Rey, because despite appearances, she can get down and dirty and she likes to be a normal person outside of being a politician and former queen. Old habits just die hard. Also, hair game is something she must teach her!

Oh, good, he can go scavenge with her! Since... most of her "tinkering" is just cobbling together debris and salvaged parts from crashed space ships. Just ignore her being a little bit distrustful, she's been burned by working together with someone on scavenging before.

Padmé definitely must pass on a bit of her hair game to Rey. A smidge of fashion game, too, though to be fair she's improved on that front a little bit on her own.

Bless Padmé, she is truly a saint. She does not deserve this family of human disasters.

Well, Lloyd's probably the most honest, straight-forward person. He's been betrayed three times now, but he doesn't really blame them. He's big on forgiveness. Rey won't have anything to worry about from him.

And, Padmé will be happy to have someone to pass along all her experience to, since... you know. But she chose this family when she married Anakin, so she's just hoping they remember that there's part of her in them too.

That paragraph hurt me with Padmé feelings and now I am IN PAIN NO HOW COULD YOU. Rey will work very hard at punching reminding Kylo Ren to be more like grandma instead of grandpa.

And if I have to have Padmé feels, so does everyone else! SUFFER! And, yes please, help her reform her errant grandchild.
