I think what I've noticed for Creed is that he's very straight-to-business and right now his business is all about the Arehtei. Maybe try to put him in situations that humanizes him? That's a big key for playing villains and getting good, relatable CR anyway. He's still just a dude who has to separate his laundry at the end of the day and is probably going to have foot-in-mouth syndrome at least a few times. Taking villain characters way too seriously is always going to lead to things being too bland imo.

As for showcasing his morality, have him jump into or start metaphorical questions. I'm sure he has his motivations for what he did and he doesn't have to directly talk about them, but discussing human nature, morality, and philosophy itself is a good way to get the ball rolling there. Open-ended posts are a good tactic to get the ball rolling.
