Does the physical regression at least come with magic power restoration?

He's always had magic as far as I'm aware since the people somehow learn it after the fal'Cie go offline up to when they go to the New World so yes, he'll have his magic!

Also, as I told Sayaka above, I'll be giving the option to retcon having met adult Hope previously because it was so brief! So if you wanted to save on some confusion, you can!

I understand so little about the whole FFXIII/Fabula Nova Crystallis set like I'm far too confused. Not being able to play most of the games certainly didnt help, either XD
