Character Name: Jude Mathis Canon: Tales of Xillia 2 Brief Personality: Jude is a conscientious young man with the hobbies of helping people in need, and getting way over his head in trouble because of it. He’s a medical doctor and a scientist, and generally enjoys studying and learning about topics that other people might find boring. Paradoxically, he’s also an accomplished martial artist. But if you need someone willing to tolerate weird personality quirks or help out for very little personal gain, Jude’s your guy. Appearance: He’s a fairly average looking person by RPG protagonist standards, so his most standout feature would be that he wears a labcoat everywhere because it’s practical, okay. Jude’s also currently 19 as he’s been in the game for a while, so he looks older than he does in canon. (But still way too young to be claiming to be a doctor.) Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Can do both – Jude hangs around in Verens mostly because of work, but he also isn’t opposed to going adventuring, especially with Milla or when there’s a possibility of uncovering more secrets about the world. Current Activities/ Future Developments: Jude is running a general practice clinic alongside Y’shtola. He’s always willing to collaborate with other people with medical backgrounds, or of course help out if your character is sick or injured! On the technical side, he wants to work more with the new technology uncovered with the partnership with Briarlan, so anyone else who is looking into that as well would be a good opportunity for CR. Shipping/Romance: He’s already good on this front. Seeking: Any kind of CR is fine with me!
