— PLOT AND CR WITH ME —

We've decided to combine the plotting post and the CR meme into one general meme. It will still be posted on the first of each month, but we will be boosting this meme once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. Do check the post again even if it's been a week!

This post is for anyone to use for plotting throughout the month, and generating or suggesting more CR. However, this is separate from any future event plotting posts.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Are they the type to be happy developing a life in Empatheias or has the wanderlust set in? Are they more likely to be involved in the overarching plot and exploration? Do they want to go exploring?)
Current Developments: (What's your character going through right now? What's gone on in recent past? What are they doing in their day to day life? Are they looking for a job or are they currently in the middle of planning an expedition?)
Future Developments: (Where are you wanting to take your character going forward? This could be serious character development, or general slice of life developments! Are they going to pack up and become a nomadic wanderer and explore the world or maybe you want to get them more involved in something else.)
What about Emotions?: (What kind of emotions are you wanting your character to work through, for good or for bad. Or maybe your character is interested in focusing their emotional power into Dunamis?)

GT0908 Seanny Red I want to open up a blind dating service, but I need to practice my matchmaking skills. Post your (or a friend's) profile on the square's bulletin board. I'll fetch it and if I can match-make two people, I'll send them a letter through the messenger birds!

(OOC Note: It's not Task Board Tinder, but it's... close! Anyway, the match-making process can be totally handwaved and players can just play around with the idea of blind dating. )
ST0902 The Cemetery It's been a week since it started happening, but some graves have been dug up. We need to find these bones and put them back where they came from. We also need to arrest the grave robbers.

(OOC Note: If one hangs out at the cemetery at midnight, they'll notice that there are no grave robbers! These bones rise from the grave on their own and walk around the cemetery. They think they're still alive, and can and will speak to anybody. To put them back to their graves, a great deal of apathy needs to be experienced as the bones are rendered unconscious.)

ST0904 Arehtei Committee We're in need of strong and dedicated hands to help build some houses in Fort Feiran!

ST0907 Beastmaster Hunting Guild Man, we're never running out of monsters to fight at this rate! Here's are the highlights for this month:

a) Punkies: Small purple penguin-like animals who can talk. They all talk like thugs and punks. Their main hobbies while here in Verens are drawing graffiti all over the walls. Drive them out and or get rid of them entirely. We don't care so long as they're gone! They fight with throwing knives and bombs, so watch out!

b) The Living Lake: This just kind of showed up in the forest. It definitely wasn't around before! Its area is about five sqm, and the water is colour violet. It's slimy and it's hot when touched. It's not just a body of water, though. At night, this Living Lake turns into any living creature nearby—whether it's an animal or a human—and burns whatever is in its path. It can even grow about five times its size. It fights by spitting its violet goo that's like lava at anything and everything that's living. It's a formidable foe, but there's nothing special that needs to be done to beat it.

c) Estra: These monsters can be found in the mountains where it's hot and humid. They're about thirteen feel tall and normally have two heads. If you slice a head off, it grows it back, as well as another, in its place. To defeat it, you gotta cut its tail off. It's not easy, though! Its tail is spiky and venomous! The poison isn't deadly, but it turns someone into a darker version of themselves whenever they're poisoned. You gotta suck the poison out if you want the victim to return to normal, too.

Looking for: Buffy's usually investigating weird things and fighting monsters, so these seem like natural fits! Looking for anyone who wants to go on an adventure with her. Or just chat, really. They can be multinight things! There's also the house-building, as an option with less apparent danger/mishap potential. Buffy doesn't have much experience in construction, but she is coordinated and very strong. And trying to get money, hopefully.

As for the dating--she wouldn't sign herself up, but if anyone wants to do it for her! Or I could handwave that an NPC signed her up, and just skip to the shenanigans of being matched up with your character.
