We've decided to combine the plotting post and the CR meme into one general meme. It will still be posted on the first of each month, but we will be boosting this meme once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. Do check the post again even if it's been a week!

This post is for anyone to use for plotting throughout the month, and generating or suggesting more CR. However, this is separate from any future event plotting posts.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Or maybe your character is interested in focusing their emotional power into Dunamis?) <b>Shipping/Romance:</b> (let's face it, ship happens. in a general sense are your characters interested in romance? something permanent, or a fling or two maybe? Even unrequited love is something that can be fun to play out!) <b>Something Handwaved:</b> (Not everything needs to or can be threaded out. Lightning Farron

Character Name: Lightning Farron
Canon: Final Fantasy XIII
Brief Personality: She may be the queen of Resting Bitchface and probably comes off a little bit cold at times because of the way she talks and carries herself, but she has a warm heart and cares a lot about people. Cares like heck. Just gotta get past everything on the outside to get to that warm, marshmallow-y interior. She's also very proud, confident, and a bit brash.
Appearance: The pink hair is her most noticeable feature. There aren't a lot of people who have hair quite like hers, and if there is, it's probably her sister. I dunno, here you go?
World Type: Complicated. A floating world called Cocoon is what she called home -- it's run by divine 'beings' called the fal'Cie who literally do everything, including keeping the world sustained. It's a mix between fantasy and modern world with some weird tech and military airships.

Arehtei Alignment: Peromei.
Established CR: Castmates, obviously. Great friends with the FFXV crowd (especially the chocobros and Crowe) and spends a lot of time at the Eos house so anyone who frequents or lives there would probably know her by now. Sora, Squall, Auron, Machina, Penelo and Cloud are other close friends.
Interests: Cooking, gardening, hunts, she sometimes takes little breaks at coffee shops with a book.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: She is great for doing a mix of both. I do really enjoy the more slice of life things for Lightning because her life in canon was just ADVENTURE AND CHAOS!!!!! all the time so it's nice to be able to play her living a somewhat normal life. I am not adverse to adventure though, and I do enjoy me some excursions and hunts once in a while!
Current Developments: Her sister's wedding is going to be a big part of her stuff for this month. She's dancing with people and watching fireworks and mingling. :) She also attended the first Arehtei Committee meeting and did a lot of eye rolling, but also her curiosity is definitely there about Lavieti after her conversation with Red and Komaeda. She'll be looking for opportunities to go on excursions to other places more often now because she wants to help and is tired of sitting still. I won't be sending her on the first excursion but she will likely be going on the next one later!
Future Developments: I'd love to send her out on more excursions and get her more involved with the Arehtei. Having her meet Peromei one day would be A+. Otherwise, I think most of the developments I'd like to see her go through and the things I have planned for her are more on the emotional, internal side of things.
What about Emotions?: Boy, does she ever have a lot to work through here! She tried to say 'I love you' to Serah and Snow at their wedding in front of people and that completely backfired. She is still working through her own emotions surrounding EVERYTHING going on in her life right now, and being able to accept them. Miss Control Your Emotions isn't used to feeling so vulnerable and that only makes it harder to control the emotional reactions that come with being on the island. Wearing her heart on her sleeve is hard, and my hope is for her to one day accept that they are there and embrace them and ALLOW it to happen! Also for her to really be able to tell people how she feels about them without getting worked up and nervous about it. She's very, very afraid of being alone and that's a huge part of what stops her from being open.
Shipping/Romance: Very much dating Gladio and very happy about it but the word 'boyfriend' still makes light bulbs around her explode
Something Handwaved: I am of course always cool with handwaving that our characters have met somewhere, just let me know first if you would like to do assumed CR! Again, if anyone is good friends with any of her established CR, it's likely she also knows who they are as well. But yeah, I am cool with handwaving just about anything, just hit me up and we can figure out the details for things!
Looking For: Friends, enemies, taskboard buddies, just about anything!
Not Interested In / Avoiding: There really isn't anything applicable here! Maybe don't try to kill her?

I've been meaning to follow up on CR with Lightning ever since our last thread, so I'm wondering if you'd like them to do some kind of task together! Jaune could learn to be a little more badass like Lightning-senpai, but he's also quite open about his feelings, which is something that Lightning could probably take note from.

I would absolutely love to do a task together yes! I enjoyed these two immensely and she really does need more people in her life that encourage her to open up! I should be able to take on at least one more this month if you were interested :)

Sweet! How about the hospital voodoo one? It seems like a good backdrop for conversation as they investigate, plus there's potential for battle with the creepy janitor!

Stilllll dealing with them, yep! She's too stubborn to take them head on, haha, and she's got a long way to go before she gets to that point. Baby steps! But helping Auron will definitely start to open her eyes a little bit more, that's for sure. There's gonna be a lot of advice passed on that she will need to follow herself ♥

Man, I really want to do things with Lightning again (both of your characters, really), because I adore Shinji's CR with her. IF NOT THIS MONTH since wedding things and all that, maybe next month we can do things with them again. :>

Tho he'll be on the KH log and the From the Hearth one, so we can probably do something with that maybe. :a

I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT YOU LAST NIGHT and about how we haven't done anything lately!! I really would like to do something with you again! Lightning is pretty busy this month but Maya is free if you would like to do something with her.

ALTHOUGH both of them will be at the KH mingle log for sure so I might just throw my girls at him there :>

Aaah!! I'm glad because I love threading with your cool butt, but we can figure out something, I'm sure! :>

BUT THAT TOTALLY WORKS TOO. Might actually be the best option, since he's doing quiiite a few persona things and we can come up with more fun shenanigans from there. :> Like coffee hangouts with Light and Maya dragging him to all her favorite restaurants or something.

Maya Fey

Character Name: Maya Fey!
Canon: Ace Attorney
Brief Personality: Bubbly, quirky, no sense of personal space, nosy, sometimes her brain to mouth filter doesn't work, but she means well! She's super friendly sometimes which is where the lack of personal space comes from. She's also very intuitive when it comes to other people and is really good at reading them.
Appearance: The most notable thing is probably her clothes when she wears her standard purple outfit. Her magatama is always around her neck, no matter what she's wearing. She's also super short at 5'2".
World Type: "Modern day" Japanifornia. Maya lives in a small town of spirit mediums called Kurain which is literally Japan in California. Actually, all of Japan is in California and the characters eat ramen burgers and use flip phones and still communicate through snail mail.

Arehtei Alignment: Daimonia.
Established CR: The Ace Attorney cast most definitely! Ryuunosuke Naruhodou is one of her best friends. She is also good friends with Sora, Snow White, Hunk, Noel, Shinji, to name a few. Anyone who works at Sweetie Pies Bakery would also know her since she works there too!
Interests: Walking her wyvern, Charley, with her other smaller wyvern, Tofu, in tow. She likes window shopping and can usually be seen in the Merchant district browsing around for cool new things!

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Maya is not the type to be a good partner on an excursion or big huge adventure but that just means she will go anyway! She gets bored easily and so it's unlikely that she'd be sitting still for very long. I do enjoy some slice of life stuff with her, though! Mostly, whatever gets her into the most trouble at the time is what she'll be doing.
Current Developments: She tried to channel Yeul for Noel and that failed, so she's wondering now about spirit channeling in general on the island and why it didn't work. Maya doesn't know much about death or how it works here other than you come back when you die, so she's going to be looking into that. Phoenix just went home so she's in a big house with a zoo of animals by herself, so she'll be dealing with that for a good chunk of the month as well. Maya also recently got a new baby wyvern hatchling named Tofu.
Future Developments: In the coming months, she'll be found at the library for the most part, trying to research the reasons why her spirit channeling didn't work. That's about all I've really got in store for her at the moment. Otherwise, this girl is just going with the flow!
What about Emotions?: Her emotions are pretty stable atm, other than the fact that she'll be doing that thing where she pretends everything is okay and that she's okay even if she's not. She is going to miss Phoenix a lot, but she'll bounce back pretty quick!
Shipping/Romance: Nothing in the works at the moment but I am not closed off to the idea. It would just really have to be under the right circumstances for her. That, and she's 29...
Something Handwaved: Most of the relationships she has with people could easily be handwaved. Anyone who's ever been at the bakery has probably had a very eager Maya in their face trying to sell them goodies or get them to sample things :)
Looking For: Any and all kinds!!!
