But yeah, Caprica here, that one player of that resident mermaid Disney princess bringing you someone from decidedly not Disney. This kid is called Laphicet, and he's from the most recent entry into the Tales of series, Tales of Berseria. I've shoved him in Peromei alignment wise, for Empatheias.
It's still fairly recent so I put up spoilers opt out post just in case, if any of you are still getting through the game yet. To help with that? I'm also taking him pretty early on, once Eleanor joins the party, as well. I might update him later, once he's adjusted and been here a while yet, to give others more chance to get through the game. So that should help some in avoiding that since there are some big spoilers regarding Laphicet in particular.
But what to say about him? He loves bugs, traveling, his compass, mabo curry, Wanted Posters and reading. Laphicet is a pretty simple kid in regards to his likes/needs overall. Kind of comes with er, being suddenly roped into traveling with a bunch of....criminals, okay. But yes, he is that resident Tales kid for Berseria, and he's pretty gullible and naive, along with his loyalty to the party. Velvet is obviously the main member that he connects with, but the other one important to him is Eleanor, since she is his vessel.
Another thing to note is, yes, he is indeed another malak/seraph. So not everyone will be able to see him but I believe the present Zestiria cast already more or less has probably helped others with what to expect in that regard.
Oh, and I'm still over @

but what if I app VelvetHeh, I'm sure he'll manage something, regardless. Until chief mother hen comes along, RIP Laphi's innocence

Then Jade has surprisingly adept hiding skills at avoiding her because he knows she is out for blood?Of course he would. Pretty much. Eleanor would probably be less....er, ruthless in immediately getting enraged at least, in the meantime.

I feel like Laphi should drag him into a store to buy a shirt in our thread.
if it's a buttoned shirt, you know he'll just wear it open.no subject

I mean um. Hello Caprica! c: I'm Snarky, and I play Noctis from Final Fantasy XV here, and for reference, per zesty cast, he can see malakim/seraphim, should they ever interact. :3
Anyway, I'm still playing Tales of Bears, so I'll be steering clear of most major spoilers for a bit, but...! from what I have seen so far of Laphicet, I wish to squish him!!! He is precious, and it's delightful to see him here, too!

But hai! FFXV is...on the list of games to get and play. At some point. But good to know! I'm just aware that not everyone will necessarily be able to see him, which. Will take some adjusting to for the kid given Berseria's setting.
Your reaction is the same as mine then throughout the game. Pretty much. I saw him in trailers and was all '....oh frak, they finally got me with the obligatory child character this time.' But no worries! I can be mindful of spoilers, especially when he's from fairly earlier into the game yet.

He'll do his best, but let's be real, most of the Bersy cast isn't qualified to teach about emotions.
