Hello world! I'm total fresh meat to Emp and my name is Luna.

The character I'm bringing in is Ryuutaro Fukami from Metal Fight Beyblade, the second out of the three main Beyblade sagas. He's a fortune teller, kind of a prick, but not a bad guy either. Really likes traditional things and gesturing with his fan.
