The game is getting pretty huge, and it's plot-heavy to boot. There's plenty of opportunity to meet other characters in the event or mingle logs, but what about the rest of the time? Surely there are characters who trip over each other once a week just because they visit the same grocery store, or characters who haunt the same places because they have the same hobbies. So, here are some questions to help you sort out what we're all up to when there aren't any giant mythical beings attempting to stomp the city flat, and how our characters might be attracting one another's attention from day to day. It may be that some of us need only a little push to fall into each other's fictional pretendy funtime arms.

1) Notable physical features: (Is there anything about your character's appearance that is likely to draw attention? Weird hair? Sword bigger than they are? Constantly wearing armor? Conga line of Pokemon following them down the street?)

2) Age: (Child? Grownup? Teenager? Ageless being with startlingly young features?)

3) What are some of their most common emotional effects?: (Do they leave trails of flowers in their wake everywhere they go, or are they prone to causing small thunderstorms in public?)

4) Where they live, and what their home is like: (Are they in the apartments in the standard residential area? Have they found a shifty hidey-hole for themselves in the slums, or have they moved into another neighborhood to live amongst the rich people? Who are their roommates?)

5) What they do during an average day in Verens: (Stay home, do chores, read, meet up with people, have a lot of feelings okaaaaaay, so on.)

6) Their general sense of fashion: (What they tend to wear when they're not wearing their usual canon getups.)

7) Hobbies: (Does your character like to draw? If so, maybe they cross paths with this other person who likes to draw in one of the local art stores. If they are a fighter, maybe other characters have seen them around the training grounds.)

8) Jobs: (Are they a clerk in a shop other characters might have reason to visit? Are they part of the waitstaff in a restaurant other characters might frequent? Do they deliver all over town, and meet up with several store owners?)

9) Do they have a weapon? If so, do they carry it at all times or just under certain circumstances?:

10) How long have they been in Empatheias? How has their time here impacted them?: (Do they hate it or want to stay? Are they invested in whatever's going on around them, or do they try not to get involved? How do they interact with the new folks?)

11) Their favorite areas/stores/hang-out locations?:

12) Is the way they act in person different from the way they act over the amulets?: (Are they articulate over the amulets, but hesitant and shy in person? Do they hate the amulets and avoid using them? Do they prefer image, voice, or text?)

13) Is Empatheias a technological upgrade, or downgrade for them? Have they adapted to these changes well?:

1) Notable physical features: Long hair usually pulled back into a ponytail. Teal glasses that she absolutely has to wear since she's terribly nearsighted (bless canon for actually having her squint at things without them). And there is probably food in her hand.

3) What are some of their most common emotional effects?: temperature changes, cracked/broken items, she's set a few things on fire, and sparkles when really embarrassed

4) Where they live, and what their home is like: Standard apartment, it's nothing special as she's rarely there.

5) What they do during an average day in Verens: Depending on the weather she's going to be out at the very least walking around town or the forest, or swimming, because she likes eating too much to not exercise. And if she's not working, she may hit the library or can be found in one of the local restaurants (because she can't cook). Also tends to visit the symposium for the debates or lectures.

6) Their general sense of fashion: Pretty much anything from this link. More toward the pants/jeans than dresses or skirts. Not completely happy about anything too revealing, but whatever.

7) Hobbies: Reading, swimming, (is there baseball??? Why not?), sticking her nose into other people's business

8) Jobs: Works for Kirigiri's detective agency so she does whatever she wants mostly.

9) Do they have a weapon? If so, do they carry it at all times or just under certain circumstances?: Yes, she bought a gun since arriving as stupid things keep happening that require one.

10) How long have they been in Empatheias? How has their time here impacted them?: 9 months. She doesn't mind it as much as she did when she first arrived--hey actual stars are kind of neat okay? But, she'd still like to return home or find out how things end up.

11) Their favorite areas/stores/hang-out locations?: Pick a restaurant, any restaurant. She's been to them all and has a favorite order. Did I mention she likes to eat and can't cook?

12) Is the way they act in person different from the way they act over the amulets?: Not at all. You get the same reaction either way. The better she knows someone the warmer the reaction though.

13) Is Empatheias a technological upgrade, or downgrade for them? Have they adapted to these changes well?: Down since she's from 2007 Japan. She's gone with things as it's not been too bad.

14) Do they have any special talents? If so, what are they?: She's supposed to be really intuitive about things but when it comes to anyone she's close to all bets are off.

15) Do you have any goals for your character? Are there any hobbies you want them to discover or abilities you want them to learn?: Not really. Misaki's pretty much my go along with things and see where they lead character.
