It depends how far along she is in the final case, I think? She was held hostage by Aura and might've been able to watch the first half of the trial through robot vision, up until the point where they release Simon of his shackles and drag Bobby onto the witness stand. Then I think the hostages are released while the second half of the trial happens.

She's from the very very end of the game, so I'm assuming that Phoenix and the others would have filled her in even if she hadn't seen the end of the trial... either way, this is gonna be fun to play out~
