well sanae was a little shocked that he's married, mostly because WOW he's so young. but overall she just wants to go to a dance and meet new people. BUT it would be so totally lame to go by yourself, right? PLUS, she'll get to introduce him to dancing! and she herself has never been to a dance before either. her honest feelings are that they're just going as friends to it :|b

o and i should also add that she does think him good company and wants him to be happy, just like she wants other people to be. she remembers when they first arrived here and he seemed a lot out of it, so...! yeah.

tho THIS IS PURELY SPECULATION because dude they barely know each other still but like. i can kinda see her being in awe of him because WOW historical figure and AMAZING he's so smart and nice and maybe further down the line getting doki doki about it

but she's also dense as bricks so nothing might come to pass anyway haha

hey, it's been like 3 months I'm sure they'll at least progress to friends already (especially since taka has 0 life so there are very few people for him to divide his attention between)

I guess they are similar in many ways and idk I've always headcanoned him as being attracted to intelligence and personality more than anything else plus her liveliness balances out his tendency to be too composed

taka's main issue is that he's really guarded and shy as fuck so YEAH AWKWARDNESS ENDUES
