[ This world is... way different from Kanto. All the new technology and magic that she's seen is cool, definitely, but there's a part of her that's kind of, sort of, maybe a little homesick.

But Leaf's always been a practical sort of girl. And really, she's got most of her pokémon here with her, and a whole new place to explore, so why should she be anything but ridiculously thrilled?

With that in mind, she sends out a message using her amulet, the words coming out a little fast. Though whether that's from nervousness or excitement, it's a little hard to tell. ] Hi, I'm Leaf from Pallet Town, and it's super nice to meet all of you!

[ After a pause, she adds on-- ] Pallet Town in the Kanto region, that is. [ Who knows if there are any other Pallet Towns out there. ]

Oh- and if there's anyone else here with pokémon, I'd love to talk to you! [ She's not expecting much, but if there's even the slightest chance she could see someone from her home, well... that'd be nice. ]

Oh my goodness. [ Leaf had been shopping when she suddenly heard the tell-tale rumble of some sort of storm heading her way. Pressing her face to the glass now, she peers outside, gasping at the combination of lightning and blizzard wreaking havoc on the square.

It's scary, but also kind of pretty in its scariness. She can't help turning to whoever's nearest with a bright light in her eyes. ] Isn't this amazing?

[ Yeah, she hasn't quite thought about how she's going to get home yet. ]
