Roxas seemed incapable of keeping his mouth shut when the truth wanted to escape. So she didn't think he was lying. No her hope... was that he was somehow... correct.
Axel not being there wasn't as much of a blow to her, really. Because she didn't fully understand yet. "He's reporting in?" she asked. Dark corridors. For some reason she couldn't get them to wok, but if this was a place Roxas could be safe? Axel leaving him here and going to smooth things over back home actually made perfect sense to her. "Will..." she hesitated, then just asked. "Do you think he'll be back in time for the sunset?"
