This isn't Emizel's first rodeo ritual and knows what usually happens with unbalanced Arehtei is that everyone is more focused on countering the unbalanced than balancing it. He's not sure if apathy should be added to that mix too, when apathy is still dangerous stuff. Thras already kind of warned them before that enough apathy at one time does bad things.
