My apologies, I didn't mean to laugh at your predicament. I'm glad that you ventured to try a slice before me. I thought that perhaps since cheese is used in some desserts, that perhaps the sweet gum may go well with it. Maybe some fine tuning would help turn this into a great dish. Have you tried anything else they have on offer?
