[He's actually got to applaud the kids, for terrorizing his brother like they are. Then again, Hiro's normal antics and the ones of these brats are...well, opposite ends of the spectrum but still high in causing high blood pressure in their watcher. Isn't Tadashi lucky that his little brother is so much more mature than waterballoon condoms? (Even as the immature part of him thinks it's hilarious.)
Of course, their current target is a poor Native. Hiro is much too smart to be caught by them. And, having spent some time on the floating island—even with their old fashioned way of powering things—he's managed to create a Megabot 2.0 of sorts. It has a few...modifications he's not overly fond of, but some are improvements. Like a deployable airbag stored in its head which he uses now as the bot throws itself over the target's head.
The "balloon" bounces off of it and thankfully heads right back where it came only to hit the blocky air vent they're hiding under and splashes the kids.
Hiro, pulling himself out from the alleyway, laughs, recalling the bot to him.]

[He scoops up the bot, controls tucked in the pocket of his hoodie, and starts pushing the flat airbag back inside the casing.]
