I never got to do normal stuff when I was a kid, not even when I got older because I was so fixated on obtaining strength that would make it so I would never have to back down again. So I'm taking this chance to indulge in everything I missed out on.

Why can't you just leave well enough alone? What makes you think I want you do anything for me? I never said I wanted you to pay attention to me and I never said I needed anything from you. And the fact that this is temporary just makes the decision to hold back and avoid each other even smarter. Because, honestly, I just want to do what I want here without any baggage holding me back.
