Ariel is only just starting to get his bearings in this place and is enjoying a nice quiet tea in one of the local cafe shops when he hears the surprised sound. Even after all the people he's seen milling about over the past few days, he's still startled to see a child all by herself. A child who is moments away from drenching herself in the rain of her own sadness.

He puts down his cup and heads over to see what is causing the reaction.

"You're liable to get soaked if you keep thinking like that," he chastises in a voice that could probably be soft but well.
