Well yes. [He's probably the one making them wilt then if that's the case. The thought hits him like a truck and causes a frown to work it's way onto his lips.]

It's already grown though, it just taken care of properly. [Here he goes to kneel down next to the bush, intent on pinching off some of the wilting buds.] The dead ones have to be cut so the new ones can grow.
