Things like a certain bastard in a fedora, fighting giant bitchy sea serpents that made whole buildings fly at him, that one stupid level in this one video game he used to play that had a really finicky platforming section to get a rare piece of equipment and the player character would sometimes run a few steps after jumping and run himself right off the platform or into spikes or something making them have to start all over again, and below freezing temperature water all over everywhere.
