Because of the lack of fear of demons, humanity also lost need for faith and hope. Our Human World spent much time rotting from within over the centuries, embroiled in pointless wars and conflict, all the while living lives full of sin. Spite and malice won the day more often than not among them.
...Though thankfully, that might finally be changing. With a bit more work, humanity might finally turn a corner.
And I hope they do. It would mean fewer Prinnies to have to instruct.
