An experiment of a sort after all, simply because she can't seem to resist the idea.]

[Continuing on her way, she pauses at the next cluster, staring down at the sad little plants without really seeing them. Positive thoughts, huh? A small smile curves her lips as she closes her eyes and pulls up a series of memories from the past that are a familiar comfort. Eating with Usagi and the rest of her friends.]

Oh! [Ami gasps as she opens her eyes, surprised to find that the plant was now much larger than it had been previously.] Oh geeze! [Another little giggle.] Much more of that and it probably would have blown up. I'll have to be more careful next time!
[Jotting a few notes down in a small notebook, Ami nods her head in satisfaction before checking the time and moving onto the next cluster. Time for test number two.]

She's being silly. Emotions are silly, but it's not like she can stop how she feels! Panic flares up as the process starts to reverse and she quickly takes several steps back away from the plants before she can do more damage.]
