[Muttered or not, he of course does hear it. . . which only leaves him more annoyed. Really; why did he even bother? Oh, right. He needs to fill his free time, and he likes animals. Plus he had the assumption that his presence actually wouldn't have much of an ill effect. There are plenty of others, here, who are indeed not humans. By that logic, then why would they be bothered by him?

He should try harder to muster up some more positive feelings. Something which honestly isn't too challenging, as he does genuinely possess them. Patience, too.]

Which is why I'm leaving. It isn't worth bothering anymore, given there's plenty of others who will have a more positive effect.
