[Dezel follows after Rose as they leave the restaurant and head for the house, silent from the time they depart and over the entire walk back. Part of the time, he's too occupied with his own thoughts to even consider conversation and, well, it's not like he's that much of a conversationalist, anyway. The rest of the time, he's watching, listening and reading the moving air currents around them, always trying to remain at least partially aware of their surroundings and the people occupying the spaces nearby.]

Though he's unable to determine the exact problem, he does have to wonder if it's got something to do with a sense of deja vu. Or maybe even a lack thereof. His right hand covers one of her shoulders after a moment's contemplation on his part, his fingers offering her a gentle, but reassuring squeeze before he steps past to go inside.]
