This is Madoka Kaname, the adorable pink cinnamon roll from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, who is mostly friendly and cheerful to everyone ever. She's a magical girl from timeline 3, that point where she cries about how she can't do this anymore because apparently I just can't be nice to her with canon point here...
