This is Edna from Tales of Zestiria, a snarky earth seraph who loves to tease Mikleo Meebo and troll everyone ever. She has a few interesting quirks like the other seraphs and I have info on that here but the tldr version is: you most likely won't be able to see her right off the bat! Non humans and Piphron peeps will be able to, and everyone can hear her, but for the most part she's just going to be a sarcastic troll in your head.
