I'd actually add a few suggestions myself. In fact Lithia was just speaking with some people that she felt the info about Otherworlders and death was lacking. But I don't think the fact that Otherworlders who die of diseases they had before coming here aren't cured upon death is that well known and that would be important to ensure newcomers seek help sooner rather than later.

I'd also add information on how to figure out what Arehtei they are aligned with. That seems to be a common newbie question and it's easy to explain and they could certainly have a color chart available so newbies know what it means when their crystal starts showing an actual color.

Also you mentioned that for more ancient people something to help them get acclimated to technology. I'd also suggest the other way around and assist those from more advanced worlds in adjusting to a lack of technology along with a difference in it. Or maybe just a general get used to the weird stuff in Emp type of deal that would help both sides of the coin.

And a last suggestion, cooking classes would likely be very useful to newbies and oldies alike.

Otherwise, it's an awesome idea that is much needed! Lithia probably will volunteer in some way, just have to think of how.
